1.Project of creation a scheme of guaranteed financing the delivery of transit vehicles producted by company "Vagonmash", St. Petersburg, for the underground railway of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Required volume of financing - 200 - 240 million U.S. dollars.

2. Project of creation in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil, passenger and cargo transportation system using hovercraft produced in Russia, including the supply of certified equipment and its service, development and implementation of practical financing schemes, and (stage 2) - production in the region of required vehicles from assembly kits made in Russia.

3.Creation diversified system of service oil wells in Latin America with the use of Russian technologies (Project "Rosneftegazservis"), including the supply of certified equipment and its maintenance, development and implementation of practical financing schemes, also (stage 2) - production in the region demanded equipment of the assembly kits made in Russia.

4. Creation within the project "Rosneftegazservis" of the integrated companies to repair the oil and gas wells and insertion in the oil and gas markets of Latin American countries (the project "RosPRS").
