ProZon

1993 – The company`s history begins in 1993 with the creation of small firm “Mashservice” (AOZT) of selling gasoline and diesel fuel. 

1994 - Against the contract with the company "Machine building plant" St. Petersburg (production of the facilities for capital and average repair for oil and gas wells), company “Mashservice" begins the sale of large consignments of petroleum products received from customers - russian oil companies - in return for the products of the plant. 
In the period 1994 - 1998 years occur the creation and implementation of marketing combined system and production distribution of "Machine Building Plant" on barter schemes. In 1997 the turnover of own companies, realizing the system, was about 14-15 million dollars (up to 75% of marketable output of company).

1998 - 2001 – The company receives from Gazprom the right to claim debts from the Republic of Moldova for gas at $ 5 million and implement it, by organizing the receipt, delivery and sale of Moldovan canned products. In the same period, the company produces counter deliveries for companies Gazprom ordered industrial equipment.

1998 – The foundation of the group of companies “Mashzavod–Service”, which receives from "Machine building plant" the right to exclusive distribution of all products of the plant with the obligation to finance the production program. In 1998 - 2008 years, created and implemented a marketing combined system and production distribution of "Machine Building Plant" with exclusive dealership on the basis of own companies.By 2002, the turnover of participating companies by product manufacturer was about 450 million rubles (about 35-40% market); in 2007 - 650-700 million rubles (about 20-25% of the market).

2001-2004 years - the creation of new construction department of new products on the subject of production of "Machine Building Plant" and sending it to the company (20 differently-skilled peoples and special equipment).

2002 - making branch office in Nizhnevartovsk in Khanty-Mansiysk region for the sale of spare parts and service of oil equipment.
In the period 2002-2006, established a comprehensive service-assembly base oil equipment - the management company of the group - "ZapSib-Mashzavod service". Production area is 5300 square meters, staff is about 120 peoples, the annual turnover - 12-15 million dollars.

2007 – The reorganization of the group of the companies “Mashzavod-Service" in the group of companies "ProZon" with expansion of activities other than production and service to the areas of consulting, development and financing activities. The group are: 

    - Companies of Nizhnevartovsk branch, renamed to the group of companies "YugraMash" (management company "ZapSib-Mashzavod Service") - Production, repair and service complex equipment used in oil and gas production industries;

    - Group of companies "ProZon" - consulting, development, investment and financial activities; 

2007 - For the management of the activity of the group of companies "ProZon" is registered the management company “International Holding "ProZon".

2007 – The foundation of the company “ProZon SA” in the Dominican Republic - a branch of the "IH “ProZon" - development, construction and sale of real estate in the Dominican Republic.

2008 - 2010 years - the creation of a licensed security company in the Dominican Republic - PPSG S.A. To date the number of employees is 160 people, the annual turnover - about 600 thousand U.S. dollars.

2008 - The foundation the panama's branch of the company “ProZon International” - development, construction and sale of real estate in Panama.

2008 - Group of Companies IH “ProZon" includes the industrial and advertising publisher "The Mirror of St. Petersburg” (founded in 2000), as press organ and the press service of the holding.

2009 – The creation of Russian-Latin American Investment Center as a separate department of management company "IH "ProZon". The tasks are: attracting of the investment in promising sectors of the economy of Latin America with the financial and intellectual potential of small and medium business of the Russian Federation. 2010 year - registration "RusLAITs" as a legal entity.
